1. Definitions & Applicability

In these Terms & Conditions, "ev333", "we", or "platform" refers to ev333's online betting and gaming service, operated through the website https://ev333.lat. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person registered on this platform.

These terms apply to all members of ev333 as a service provider in the Bangladesh market. Accessing or using the platform means you fully agree to these terms.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same device, the same banking method, or the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be permanently closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information or sharing your account details with others is a violation of ev333's rules. It is your responsibility to notify ev333 immediately of any changes to your account information.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account unless you have promptly notified ev333 of unauthorised access.

3. Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at ev333 is ৳100, applicable to each payment method. ev333 currently supports the following payment methods:

• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile service
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount from ev333 is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account from which you made your deposit. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

3.3 Fraud & Misuse

If any user engages in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, money laundering, or uses funds through illegal methods, ev333 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account and take applicable legal action.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ev333 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), applied only to the bonus amount. For example — if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.

Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met. Specific game category rules apply regarding which bets count towards meeting the wagering requirement.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer may have its own terms that will apply.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified period after it is received, it may be cancelled.
• Bonuses are never directly withdrawable as cash — they can only be used for betting.
• Using multiple bonus offers at the same time is not permitted unless specifically stated.
• ev333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5. VIP Program

ev333's VIP program is divided into three tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier based on regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your regular activity and participation on the platform. ev333 reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms and retains the ability to grant or withdraw VIP status for any member.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

Bets placed on ev333 cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed, unless the platform decides otherwise in exceptional circumstances at its own discretion. If a bet is voided due to a technical error or system failure, the relevant amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Casino & Slots

6.4 Prohibited Activities
